If you access Vizi by logging into our site directly...

Try some of the steps below to successfully log in.

The login name for your account is your email address. If you have more than one email address that you regularly use, try another email to check to see if you setup your account under a different email.
  2. Reset Your Password

There are a few things that could keep you from purchasing or registering.
  • Make sure you are using a valid credit card. We support cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club
  • If you are trying to use a pre-paid gift card, note that these services sometimes have restrictions that can result in being declined when purchasing access to Vizi.
  • Our system will let you know if your card was declined. If your card was declined, please contact your credit card company to determine the reason.
Access codes are purchased via your local bookstore. Double check to make sure the code was typed in correctly.

You should have received your access code on a sealed card. If the card you received has a broken seal, and it is not working when you are registering, it is possible that code was used before. In this case, please contact us by submitting a support ticket.
